The GenX Talent Accelerator is a 3–6 month placement programme exclusively for registered students in German universities. It's designed for people who are certifiably ready but professionally invisible — and want to change that fast.

You won't be fetching coffee or sitting through pointless briefings. You will be doing real work, on live projects, with real accountability — the same kind of environment that builds the leadership skills Sara has spent 12 years coaching executives to develop.

The placement is unpaid — but it is far from free. You walk away with a real portfolio, a real reference, and a real story to tell in every interview that follows.
